Return/Replacement Policy

FOR NEW RETAIL, RENEW, OR MANUFACTURER REFURBISHED ITEMS:

Return

If you no longer want your order (i.e. you ordered the wrong quantity or ordered the wrong item), you will be subjected to up to a 25% restocking fee. You must pay for return shipping. Return requests must be placed within 20 days of purchase. Refunds are given 1-2 business days after we have received the returned items. We will notify you as soon as we process the refund. Replacement

These items come with manufacturer's warranty. If the item you receive does not work properly, we recommend contacting Manufacturer Technical Support. The support team will help you solve the issue or send you the replacement the next business day. We can also assist you with this process. Please Contact Us if you need our help.

Return

If you are not happy with your order (i.e. you no longer want it or ordered the wrong item) we are happy to take it back with a 15% restocking fee and you pay for return shipping. Return requests must be placed within 20 days of purchase. Refunds are given 1-2 business days after we have received the returned items. We will notify you as soon as we process the refund. The shipping cost for the original order is non-refundable.

Replacement

Used and new bulk items are fully tested before leaving our warehouses. However, in rare cases, failures can occur. If this happens, please submit a replacement request and when it is received we will send you a shipping label for your to return of the item(s). Once the original item is on its way, we will ship the replacement to you. If your item is time sensitive and you need an advanced replacement, please call us at 1-(206) 706-7886, or visit our website to place another order and let us know that it is for a replacement. You may have to pay for the second order, and upon receipt of the failed item(s) we will refund the full amount of the original order.
